Module 1: Introduction To Persuasion
In this module I share why persuasion is so important to all business people. I share the Fundamental Rule of Persuasion that drives all the other work we do in the course. And I share six key persuasion tips that will stand you in good stead from Day 1.

Module 2: "Presentation Hygiene"
A good place to start with ramping up your persuasion skills is simply to remove sloppiness - sloppiness in your presentation's layout, its organization, and in your ability to share your information coherently. This module covers the basics of "presentation hygiene." It's designed to help you eliminate the most common problems I see in most presentations in less than an hour - and you don't need any design skills to make your presentations look a lot better!

Module 3: Telling Stories - The Fastest Way To Engage Your Audience
Emotional engagement is a critical component of persuasion, and stories are one of the best ways to engage your audience emotionally. In Module 3 I give you a simple, easy-to-understand, easy-to-use method for telling stories. And then I add on powerful techniques - still amazingly easy! - to polish and supercharge your stories for maximum effect. At the end of this module you will be able to take any story and make it better - and you will particularly understand how to find and use your prospects' and customers' stories.

Module 4: Objection Handling And The Value Inequality
I know this may shock you, but the people you are presenting are human beings, and they have normal human reactions. This means they might not ask a question, even if something in your presentation is bothering them. They simply keep it bottled up, and their subconscious interprets this as them not liking you and your ideas. And they certainly aren't going to buy your product or accept your proposal at that point.
In this module I teach you how to overcome those subconscious fears - whether or not someone asks you a question or raises an objection. The technique of "pre-handling" objections, combined with an understanding of the way people perceive value and risk, will give you great persuasive power.

Module 5: Putting It All Into Practice
In this module we take all the ideas from the previous modules - the Fundamental Rule of Persuasion, the Six tips, presentation hygiene, storytelling, and the value inequality and perception of risk - and combine them into a powerful system. This module includes many examples, as well as "recipes" for particular types of presentation tasks, such as a sales presentation, a roadmap presentation, an "Oops, the product release is slipping!" presentation, and several more.
